This Thanksgiving, say “NO” to dry turkey and messy kitchens! Our holiday menu features succulent whole smoked Turkey Breasts, creamy Garlic Mashed Potatoes with Brisket Gravy, scratch-made cornbread muffins & honey butter, and our crowd-pleaser, Jalapeño Bacon Mac and Cheese. Please read through this page for all of the details and directions and then fill out the form at the bottom of the page to place your pre-order now for a fuss-free holiday!

Easy Ordering in 3 Steps:

  1. Submit Your Pre-Order Form Below. Choose your pickup time for either Tuesday (11/26) or Wednesday (11/27) during business hours, OR ON Thanksgiving Day (11/28) between 10 AM and 12 PM.

  2. We'll Send You a Payable Invoice (new this year!): Confirm that everything looks good on the order and pay directly online using your credit card or Apple Pay. If ordering alcoholic beverages, please bring your ID upon pickup.

  3. Pick Up Hot or Cold: Hot turkey straight from the smoker on Thanksgiving, or cold with reheating instructions if picked up Tuesday or Wednesday. All sides come chilled with easy heat-up tips regardless of pickup day.

Important Info:

  • Average Turkey Size: 3 lbs. (feeds 6-8). We have normalized the size of all turkey breasts this year. Order accordingly for your party size.

  • Invoice Payment Deadline: Wednesday, November 20th. If not paid by this date, your order will be put back in the available pool and will be canceled.

  • Cancellation Deadline: Midnight, Sunday, November 24th.

  • Service Gratuity: A 20% auto-gratuity is added, thanking our dedicated staff working on Thanksgiving to make your meal special!

  • Extras on Offer: Apple Pie Moonshine, various hand-picked bourbon and rye offerings including our 8-year Hand Selected Jack Daniels Single Barrel Rye - bottled at barrel proof, and our signature BBQ sauces and rubs will be for sale online through the web form.

  • For Regular Menu Items: Orders for regular menu items must be collected on Tuesday (11/26) or Wednesday (11/27). Please include these requests in the “Special Instructions” section below. Include the sides and meats you’re interested in along with how many people you’ll be feeding and we will discuss our recommendations when we reach out at invoice time.

  • Thanksgiving Day Limited Menu: Only special holiday items will be available. If you want to place an order with any of our regular sides, smoked meats, or menu items outside of the three special Thanksgiving items listed above, your order must be picked up on Tuesday (11/26) or Wednesday (11/27) during regular business hours.
